Weddings

Peter's speciality is Wedding Photography. Over the last 25 years he has photographed over 400 weddings andhe can honestly say he has put his heart and soul into every one. He understands the importance of capturing the emotions and feelings that people express on their wedding day and enjoys creating a stress free and above all an enjoyable experience for all involved. Brides may get nervous, mothers can fuss, and people can run late, or the weather may not be perfect. Peter is always professional, relaxed, courteous and able to capture beautiful photographs from any situation. Some people like to go to a few locations for photos; others prefer to go straight to the party and want purely candid photos. Therefore what happens on the day is subject to variations. All these factors are worked out and Peter uses his personality, creativity and experience to seize the moment, take great photos and yet he is never overbearing. Peter prides himself on going the extra yard on the day. He is always on the look out for the creative candid shot in a family portrait. You can also be assured that your "still life" will be memorable. Peter worked as a socialite photographer for SMH. He loved catching candid frivolity on the dance floor or just people having a good time. He also prides himself on his technical ability to get beautiful night shots. These are special moments that will last a lifetime.

Jewish Weddings

Peter has spent his life in Sydney's eastern suburbs; during his time he has made affiliations and friendships within the jewish community. He first started advertising in the Jewish News Wedding supplement some eight years ago and has been a regular ever since being featured in several editorials. Today Jewish Weddings represent a large proportion of his growing business. As for the wedding ceremony, Peter has photographed everything from the very traditional to the almost non-religious with a jewish flair. He understands, respects, and anticipates what is involved in the Jewish Ceremony and describes the beauty and meaning of it through his photographs. Peter knows that most Jewish Weddings are planned to the last minute. He works happily with make-up artists, hairdressers, viderographers, Rabbis, wedding planners and caterers. Throughout the day and especially on location shoots he is decisive, and quick but also realises that these photos are to last a lifetime so the quality is always there. Peter really enjoys the challenge of capturing the atmosphere of a Jewish wedding reception. He enjoys involving himself with the dancing and is always on the lookout for candid photo opportunities of family and guests. A good time for this is during the speeches where people are obvious to the photographer, relaxed and enjoying themselves. He also prides himself on his technical ability to get beautiful 'still lifes' and night shots.
